C.A.T.S CLUB  Booking forms

It really helps us to plan our sessions if your book in advance. However, we pride ourselves on being flexible Childcare and we understand that life  doesn't all fit into a a tick box! 

If you can please try and use a booking for that helps us in lots of ways including calculating your invoice

Please fill in the form and either return to us at the setting or you can email it to us at catsafterschool@aol.com

If you need to add session please just contact your setting directly and they will willing add sessions for you

If you book and need to cancel  please give us at least

48 hrs notice  to avoid being charged

We do ask you to remember that all booked places must be paid for. This really does help us to keep our prices low and offer your the Quality Affordable Child Care service we do
